Josh offers training around Hampshire and at the University of Winchester or privately. He offers training in the form of one to ones, group work and workshops (spoken or singing voice). He also works as a freelance Musical Director, specialising in healthy voice-use. His specialist subject is in Musical Theatre, but offers training for all contemporary commercial music (non-classical training) and Classical training.

Where are you based?

Josh is based in Hampshire and teaches across Hampshire and Surrey. Lessons can be given both online and in person. Josh teaches at the University of Winchester on a Wednesday, but get in touch to learn more about home to home visits or private tuition.

When can I have a lesson?

How much will it cost?

Prices vary depending length of lessons and the requirements of individual needs. Special offers are available to students , key workers and anyone at the mature ages of65+. Please email freethevoice@hotmail.com for more information. Alternatively send a message through our contact page.

Do you have workshops?

Yes, Josh can offer workshops in your hometown dependant upon location. A fee can be negotiated through email if you would like to book Josh to run a workshop on vocal health and top tips for singers. 

Any workshops that Josh offers (unless privately requested) can been seen through this website and on social media pages. 

What if I need to cancel?

No problem! Cancellations do understandably occur from time to time.

Please note that Josh has a 24 Hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you are unable to make your session please give more than 24 hours notice or charges will occur. 

Also note that Josh does not allow illness in the studio. If you bring illness in to the studio you will be sent away and still be charged for your lesson. This stops the spread of germs but also protects your voice from any damage.
